What makes you the Next Runway Star?
I am more than someone who can walk a runway I represent resilience, confidence, and purpose. I believe beauty has no age limit and that every woman deserves to feel seen, valued, and powerful. As an entrepreneur, business coach, and mentor, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others dream bigger and create opportunities for themselves. Every challenge I’ve faced has made me so much stronger, and I carry that strength with grace. If chosen, I want to inspire women everywhere to embrace who they are, own their story, and never let fear stop them from pursuing their dreams.
What would this once in a lifetime experience mean to you and why?
Walking in New York would be the realization of a dream I never stopped believing in. It would prove that it’s never too late to step into new opportunities and reinvent yourself. This experience would allow me to represent women who may think their time has passed and show them that confidence only grows with experience. Beyond the runway, I would use this platform to encourage others to pursue their goals boldly, regardless of age or circumstances. This opportunity would be about much more than fashion it would be about purpose, inspiration, and legacy.
What are you most proud of about yourself or what have you overcome and why?
I’m most proud of my ability to keep moving forward despite life’s setbacks. I’ve experienced losing my mother to pancreatic cancer, my father to colon cancer, so many career changes, disappointments, and moments where giving up would have been easier. Instead, I chose growth. Each obstacle strengthened my faith, resilience, and determination to build a better future. Today I use my experiences to encourage and mentor others, proving that setbacks can become stepping stones. My greatest accomplishment isn’t just what I’ve achieved it’s the person I’ve become through every challenge.
What would you do with the $20,000 cash prize?
I would use the prize to expand my business, invest in personal and professional development, and create more opportunities for others through education and mentorship. I also want to support initiatives that empower women and aspiring entrepreneurs to build financial independence and confidence. Winning this prize wouldn’t only change my life it would allow me to multiply the impact I can make in the lives of others. I believe success is most meaningful when it’s shared.
