I began my life as a minister in training. I then realized a balance between church and state was needed. I went to college for engineering. I tried my hand at entertainment in my free time and enjoyed singing. I’m now retired & working on my legacy.

What makes you the Next Runway Star?
As a teen I was a fashion photographers assistant. In my twenties, I walked the runway in talent shows. My eye for artistic human expression is unique. This is why I have the opportunity to be the next Runway Star!
What would this once in a lifetime experience mean to you and why?
It means “validation“ after a long career in the construction industry. I labored in Las Vegas as a mechanical engineer, but moonlighted on TV, movie sets and singing stages. This would bring home those prior efforts.
What are you most proud of about yourself or what have you overcome and why?
I’m proud of my “stamina” when facing doubt. I’ve overcome challenges few have experienced. For instance, when job opportunities dried up for me in Vegas, I returned to my birth home of Chicago, and worked at the hospital I was born in.
What would you do with the $20,000 cash prize?
Donate some to family & friends and start my new non-profit organization called P.E.A.C.E. Proper Education Achieves Clear Excellence.
