What makes you the Next Runway Star?
What makes me the Next Runway Star is my confidence, authenticity, and passion for fashion. As a mother, professional, and creative individual, I understand that beauty and style come in many forms. Fashion has always been a part of my journey. I attended fashion design school and have participated in runway shows, but more importantly, I believe confidence is what truly makes someone shine. I bring real-life experiences, resilience, and the ability to inspire others to step outside their comfort zone and pursue their dreams. I want people to see that runway modeling is not limited by age, size, background, or life circumstances. I hope to represent everyday women who are confident, ambitious, and unapologetically themselves. I am ready to bring energy, professionalism, and personality to the runway while embracing every opportunity to grow.
What would this once in a lifetime experience mean to you and why?
This opportunity would mean the world to me because it would allow me to reconnect with a dream I’ve carried for many years. I moved to Atlanta to attend fashion design school because I believed in pursuing my passion for fashion. While life led me to build a career and become a mother, my love for fashion never faded. Walking the runway during New York Fashion Week would be more than a personal achievement it would be proof that dreams don’t have an expiration date. It would inspire me to continue pursuing my goals and encourage others to believe that it’s never too late to step into new opportunities. Being surrounded by designers, models, advocates, and inspiring individuals would be an unforgettable experience that I would cherish for the rest of my life.
What are you most proud of about yourself or what have you overcome and why?
I am most proud of my resilience. Throughout my life, I’ve learned that setbacks don’t have to define your future. I’ve continued to pursue my goals, adapt to change and keep moving forward even when life didn’t go as planned. I’ve learned how to balance responsibility with my passions. No matter what challenges I’ve faced, I’ve never stopped believing in my ability to grow, learn, and create new opportunities. That determination has shaped who I am today, and it’s something I hope inspires others to keep believing in themselves.
What would you do with the $20,000 cash prize?
Winning the $20,000 would be life-changing. I would use it to invest in my long-term goals. The funds would allow me to invest in entrepreneurship and assist with building my nonprofit organization for women and children. I’ve always dreamed of creating and growing my own brands, and this opportunity would help me move those ideas closer to reality. Most importantly, it would allow me to focus on building a future that creates lasting opportunities for both myself and my family.
